How Often Do You guys Clean Your Cages?

Hello, I was wondering once you have a mantis in the cage how often you clean it, as bugs will be thrown onto the ground and discarded by the mantis and it will also poop. I was thinking once a week what about you guys?

It depends on the substrate I'm using. If I have a soil bedding (usually coco fiber+sphagnum+charcoal) I typically have springtails unless I don't for some reason (I haven't had a reason not to yet). They do a fantastic job of eating any decaying bugs/leftovers/poop. 

If I'm using paper towels though, I'll usually change it every 2 weeks or 2 and a half weeks, though if it gets really gross I'll change it immediately.
