How often to feed?

I have a very small L3(?) orchid nymph that ate at least three hydei yesterday. I was wondering when I should feed 'her' again? I've seen pictures of mantids that ate too much and literally split a gut and of course I don't want that to happen. So how often do you feed your nymphs?

Feed her every day. Even if she looks a little fat, still put a fruitfly or two in there. She'll know when she should stop eating.

Yea for that size she could eat at least 6, maybe even a house fly!

What they said. Very unlikely she will split open. Actually that is not really even something you should worry about. I feed my mantids every other day. I keep them plump.
