How to care for mealworms and superworms

I read first that they should be kept in the fridge. Then I read that they should be kept 70-80 degrees. Whats the real answer?

Superworms are relatively easy to keep, just keep them at room temperature. Place slices of potato on the top for water.

Do NOT refrigerate the Superworms.

I make a mix of grain for the worms, feeding the meals about 2 weeks in fridge and a few days out to eat, superworms same, but no fridge.
