How to safely re attatch Ootheca on branches?

Will crazy glue or hot glue gun work? Someone is sending me Ootheca not on branches and I need to attatch so I can zip tie to my shrubs outside.

Don't use crazy glue. I use a low-temp hot glue gun. Put the glue on the stick or desired surface, wait a few seconds until it is cooler but still sticky. Attatch the ooth. Hope this helps!

Low-temp hot glue.

You can also use thread and tie them to the branch. Use a thin needle and go through the outside edge of the ootheca for an anchor point and then tie it to the branch. Or if you prefer the hot glue use that instead like mentioned above.
