I have 4 mantis religiosa. 2 females and 2 males, at least thats what i think...I cant tell the diffirence, except that 2 are smaller and thinner than the other 2. But they are not adults yet. My biggest female is taking a really long time now to moult again ( being in the same stage for at least 3 weeks), so is it normal that the bigger they get, the longer it takes in between moults? She was refusing to eat a few days ago, and getting thinner, so i thought she's be moulting very soon. Yet today, no moult, and she is eating again.
