Just a thought, but does any one else think there should be a banner or something across the top of the forum reminding people about the live chat. It seems to me that only people who know about it use it. I know that it could draw more attention away from the forum, but maybe it could be trialed? Anyway, let me know what you think perhaps some of the mods might agree. Again, it is just a thought.
