Ordered 3 budwing nymphs for Kristen. She was a bit busy at the time, so my replies were slow. But she sent me 8 budwings instead of the 3 I paid for and as a gesture allowed me to keep my money for those extra 5. Very nice to deal with.

Ordered a ghost ooth from Kris. Shipped Tuesday, received Friday, ooth was in a cup with some straw, wrapped in acrylic stuffing for insulation, with a heat pack! Went above and beyond what most do when shipping an ooth! Thumbs up!
