New species of Litaneutria described with a unique combination of morphological characteristics that hold true across a wide field of individual variation. This species is bivoltine, with adults from spring brood being found from early April to late May. Adult males from fall brood are found from late July to early September. Adult females live longer than males and may be collected from late June through late September throughout much of their distribution range. Adults are active throughout the day with both macropterous and brachypterous males being attracted to lights at night.
