Hi everyone, wasn't quite sure where I should post this, so I'll get to the point.

I'm planning a trip tomorrow to a location where I find a lot of Litaneutria sp. So I was trying to get a good judge on how many people would be interested in them (I know some were last year). Last year I made the mistake of only capturing a few for myself with the hopes of selling off the next generation. Unfortunately I wasn't able to hatch the ooths, probably due to the lack of heat in the location I was. Anyway, if anyone is interested, or you have any questions you can pm or post on the thread.

I know it sounds like a for sale post...but I'm not really selling them, just seeing if they're worth selling. But if this gets moved, just pm me. Thanks

i'd love some of these, I have been looking for smaller mantids to keep.

Just deciding how hard you want to look? How much will you be selling them for?
Pretty much. And I don't want to collect a bunch and then not have people interested or vice versa. The turn out on this thread has given me incentive to collect them, so thanks everyone for the response. Prices are totally negotiable, especially depending on the quantity and instar (of course I'll have all that information available once I have the mantids). I don't want to have a set price yet and then it turns out the prices aren't even relevant to what I actually catch.

But it'll be a price for the mantids plus shipping, I intend on shipping them out on Friday or Saturday. My ultimate goal is that someone is able to make them more available in culture. I'm going to Singapore this month so I won't be able to care for any of my mantids.

I just realized shipping them the next day doesn't give people enough time for payment. So let me reiterate, everything so far is negotiable: price and shipping date.

I certainly am. I have Bugfest in September and will need to try and find as many U.S. mantids as possible for the event. These guys are hard to come by and make great additions as most people have never seen them. Thanks.
