Any of you in the Houston area should go to the Museum of Natural Science.

Its not everyday you get to see a 3.2 million year old....anything!

And they NEVER take her out for show, Its a once in a life time chance!

I was just there visiting and saw the Billboard and HAD to go. Now my husband thinks I'm nuts for getting so excited....The anthropologist in me tries to sneak out now and again...It was super cool!

A little pricey to get in but I did find 1/2 price coupon Here:

I even forgot the coupon and they still gave me the discount! So take the kids!

It was quite a controversy bringing that relic fossil here as many other museums in the USA (Smithsonian is one) rejected the exhibition cited it is too risky. I have a membership in the museum and as a vonlunteer it is free entrance for me. Did you visit the museum thebugwife? if you have a chance visit the Cockrell Butterfly Center in the museum, all the praying mantis for exhibition there are currently from my stock.

We went, but didn't go to the butterfly exhibit this time, we had a wedding rehearsal to go to and I snuck in a trip to see Lucy...I went all the time when we lived there (for 9 months), my boss liked to go sit with the butterflies....Sat. I'll have my own little "Yen Saw Museum in a Box" from what I hear..haha can't wait to see the unicorns!
