M. religiosa ooth hatching!

They hatch in bursts, and ive had mantids hatch up to 3 weeks after the first batch. However, theres almost always a huge die off, just so you know. Have fun with them! They are awesome little guys! :)

 
95% of them are still alive. I'm aware of the die-off already (and almost relieved since I don't think I could possibly care for this many L1's) I'm going to pick up some mels at the store today. All I have now is hydei, and they're a little too big :)

 
I just did a bunch of moving around yesterday and organized a set-up for them on a table. About fifty are left and they are all doing well. :)

 
Where do you live? I sure hope mine dont hatch yet. It's snowing here in Ohio!

Should the L1's be seperated into paper cups? or is that later?
