Acromantis formosana

 
can't see the abdomen too well, but i'd say female because o the rounded out segments. i have not kept this species, is the last segment like a spoon, or does it kind of curve down.

 
With most mantids you shouldn't have any trouble telling gender on adults and in most cases don't even need to look at the abdomen. In these pics the first one is a female and the others are males. See my guide which is pinned above.
