Im 90% sure im wrong but imma guess Limbata female? Kinda hard to tell for me and without a location makes it even harder.

Most likely a Stagmomantis Limbata, and to be it looks like a female nymph. Once other take a look at this thread they can say other wise, but i know thats the only wild(in the city) mantis i know of in cali.
