Mantis final Molt question

Hello everybody hope ur all doin great!

I was wondering if there was a way you could guarantee that your mantis is approaching its final molt. All i know is that they get wing buds before their final molt but my mantids have had wingbuds for quite a while now and they have all molted several times however still not adults.

(species are: pseudomantis albofimbriata and orthodera ministralis)

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

once they get their large wing buds the next molt can take 6 weeks+ and they will be adult. Although they could be pre wing buds which are smaller so it could be those. It will happen in time just be patient
