Not too sure what to do, he randomly started acting funny (moved slowly) and I inspected him closer and saw that one of his legs was shorter than the other. I am hand feeding him but he doesn't move as much, also sometimes falls off his stick when hes trying to move. Any way to help him heal or is he going to be like this permanently? These are the first mantids i've ever had so I will do anything to help them.

Thanks

Yeah, if he's still a baby it'll grow back. If he's an adult it's no big deal either, they don't need a leg to eat, haha. It should be ok, just keep it fed and happy.

Probably L3-4 not exactly sure but yes still a baby to me.

Thanks for the help I will closely monitor him till he molts and see what happens from there

I had a L2 nymph who was missing his whole leg and he regrew it with his next molt. He'll be fine, he has plenty of molts especially because he's still so small  :)
