Hey everyone! I was inspired by Graceface to start a topic and then post updates. I usually do it on my computer, it's such a process! I will give updates on what my mantis is doing enjoy!

I just noticed, you have a gnat on that leaf in the picture. If those are new leaves from outside, you may want to make sure they don't have ay uninvited pests on them before you put them in the mantis cage!

Now that I know how to get pictures on here, let me update you all! So the first picture is when I first got Iris about 3 weeks ago! The bottom picture was taken today. From left to right in both pictures we have Iris (my one armed beauty), Mocha, and ButterRum (thinking of add verde to her name! (Green in Spanish)) so ButterRum-Verde. Lol we’ll see! Haha!

This is a picture of ButterRum before she turned green! I was just blown away by her camouflage!

Ghost Mantids are a fairly communal species so you don't have to worry about attacks on each other too much!

Yeah have to think about a nice setting with Spooky and Ghosty. I still want to ask a friend to take pics with his camera to take some good pics. A phone camera is good but not that good for what I want

Here's an update! We have two sub adults and one adult female! (Iris) the adults are smaller than I imagined they would be, but stunning!
