One of my new ooths just hatched. Their are way too many! Their so small and cute!

I will post pictures in a minute!

Oh man.

Egyptian mantises are really fun, but once you get a hang of them enough to establish a colony they can multiply like bunny rabbits!

I look forward to all the cute pics.

I have four ooths! I don't know what to do with all of them.

Glad to see the ooth hatched, I ordered one from Steve too. I had no idea they were incubated and ready to hatch, but if mine do soon I'm ready. ;)

Congrats on the hatch, and don't worry - as Denise (Dmina) says, "it's suppose to be fun". :D I can't wait to see some pictures, the ones available online are really lacking.

If you are having problems housing them all, you can use a large container to house them all together for now. Something like a old 10 gallon fish aquarium (must make a lid using microscreen or something), a large clean cheese ball container, or similar. As they are L1 you shouldn't have any problems with cannibalism yet, and is a easy solution for a large hatch. I would recommend you put in a inch or so layer of coconut fiber in the container to help hold humidity, soak it good then put in the nymphs.

Then in two days (Saturday) add in 2 Melanogaster fruit flies for every nymph, and mist them. During the meantime you can start getting some nymph cups made and ready for them. Or as I seen you are trying to sell them, you may just leave them as a community until you sell them off.

Best of luck with your nymphs.
