Is mold on ooths detrimental to the health of mantid embryos? Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Mold is bad news. A couple years ago I kept a dozen ghost ooths in a critter keeper type enclosure that didn't have enough ventilation. About half the ooths got visibly moldy and never hatched (even though the females were confirmed fertile). Ventilation is crucial!

Mold is for sure not good, always use good ventilation, if held in a humid environment(70-80%), don't spray water as it will make them mold
