My first molt!

My ravenously hungry Asian didn't eat today and all of a sudden she began to act oddly, dropped down for a bit to the floor of her enclosure and now I see a "shell" laying on the floor of the enclosure. My first molt!

How long until she is back to normal and safe to fe d crickets again? Do I need to do anything to help .. like boil water or anything? Once the "shell" is on the floor or the enclosure, does that mean she is done?

Congrats it she isn't by the shell then yes she is fine and she is fully out. She will be back to normal within a day or two.
