5 nymphs came out this morning!

will a heat mat be enough do you reckon or should i put them under a heat lamp to?

room temperature here is about 20C at the moment.

Try and get the temp up to at least 30c. 20c is deffinetly to cool. Heat lamp or heat mat, either one will do.

I'm 6'4, my ceiling is a bit above 7' - jumping around was not healthy.

Hmm..... 26 Years old (Same as me), 6'4 (only 5'5 - Asian Size) 240 lbs (210 lbs for me-every doctor call me obese but I have less than 20% fat with me)...... I know when I jump around... my neighbour would scream "EARTHQUAKE!!!!!" LOL!!
