Maybe should have thought about that before you purchased them all? You can still buy separate cages now.

Your mantids are mismolting because they probably don't have any adequate places to molt. It's kinda hard to molt on a wall if you know what I mean. ;)

If you can't afford the cages, you probably shouldn't get the mantids.

You don't have to get something extremely elaborate.

The largest cage here costs about $20 bucks. No simple caging like this should cost more than 100 euros...

I find these cages in nearly all pet stores I go to. Like MJ said, there are also cages from Rebecca you can get.

i have some of that cages and in there where the mis moults and i use them 4 phasmids....

some1 i know has 10 hierodule in her living room whit a cat dog and family without ant problems... so i tought it was fun and easy to keep them, even no cats in my room (until now then) but now it brings me mostly pain and stress :(

My little Pixie does not even notice mantids - she don't even smell them as cats usually do. When my Tenodera sinensis male was climbing my head my kitty just pressed her head against my forehead (she always does that when lean towards her) and all she was paying attention to was me. Which means that I'm more interesting than a mantis! After that experience my self-esteem raised up a couple of notches.
