i looked at your exif data with a program i have..your using

iso 200

fstop 4

shutter speed 1/13

at f/4 u have such little dof only small bit of the pic will be in focus..

using shutter speed 1/13 the mantid would have to be completely still if it would be a blur..next time put thew camera on manual and use these settings with your flash turned on.

iso 100-200

shutter speed 125 - 200

fstop 8 - 16
