Definitely NOT Oxyopsis gracilis. Probably a shield as suggested above or some species of Sphodromantis.

Possibly "Blue Flash" Sphodromantis sp.

@Precarious: i guess i will just have to wait. It's been almost two weeks and it still hasn't molted. Is this a mater to be concerned about?
