Come home to find he fuse to my room where I keep my mantis blew.

So yeah I left the house this morning to do a little Christmas eve festivities with the family. Well I live in a house where we primarily heat the house with a fireplace, and i use an electric heater to keep my bedroom at above 70 degrees for the mantids. Well I have roommates and well they left home after me. Well because the bathroom was closed off all morning it was very frigid, so someone put another heater in there, took a shower, and then left it on full blast. The bathroom is also right next to my bedroom and apparently on the same breaker. Well i am guessing when my heater cycled it blew the fuse and left my room without power. My room stayed that way for up to 8-10 hours today and it has been between 0-10 degrees here all day. So I get home a few hours ago and find my room dark and much cooler then the rest of the house. I flip the fuse and come to find my room is sitting at about 50 degrees.

Luckily everyone seems ok. Just one heck off a heartstopper. After I first walked in and felt the cold, I thought forsure I would have casualties. Just now might have to worry about the shock of the cold messin em up now. but I think everyone will pull through.

Glad everything is okay. Have a good christmas. And btw, you use the word "well" a lot in the beginning of your sentences.

Well fine then! lol, I was a little excited, and prolly should have read back over it before posting. I have a bad habit of starting a lot my sentences off with adverbs and such when typing. Dunno why, but yeah, it is bad form.

I am glad that they seem ok. Try not to heat them back up too quickly as that can also be a problem.
Thank you and good call on raising temps again
