Need a mantis!

Hi there I'm new to the forum. I'm here because I need to find a large mantis for my buddy for his birthday and I have no clue where to look or what species to look for. If anyone could help I would be very greatful!!

where are you lacated, does your buddy already have mantids, have you checked the classifieds?

I'm located in orlando Fl. Um.... which classified should I check? (Not to sound dumb but I'm a reptile guy) No,this will be his first mantis but he keeps many other inverts and is well educated on their care.
