Where can I find complete care information on these species: Pseduoempusa pinnapovinis & Psychomantis malayensis? I am looking specifically for: enclosures, feeding/watering, temperament, anything else I need/should know, etc.

No where can you find "complete care information" on those species. I would advise you to avoid such species, as only a highly experienced keeper will have any luck with unknown/relatively unknown species (which excludes most of us). Your best option is to stick with the several dozens of species found in the hobby, as someone can offer help if needed.
Both species are rare in the US hobby (one is rare anywhere in the world for that matter), so your best option is to ask the seller. I can only guess to where they came from, and I will say I hope they are not ooths as they most likely will not hatch (if it is from my guess especially so).
Searching for either species turns up little information, and what very little I did find was from UK mantid keepers. If you already have the species your best bet is to try and simulate the temperatures and humidity levels from the country/location the mantids are found in the wild.

posts here. If you read both you will notice conflicting reports of how well they do and their behavior. Personally I would guess the "beginner species" label from the care sheet is purely based from his luck, or compared to other more difficult species the author has kept in the past. In reality they are likely a intermediate care/species or more, after all if they were so easy they would be more common to all mantid keepers, and found with US keepers too.
The Psychomantis malayensis is one with little information of any kind beyond a few photos. About the only thing I found was
this post about a female laying ooths. It lists the location of the mantids from Cameron Highlands, Malaysia so your best option is to try and simulate the temperatures and humidity found in that region of Malaysia (which will take some searching to find). If you are unable to determine the information, just try getting the information for the country itself.
