Rebecca asked for this forum and it sounded like a great idea! Mantidforum has enjoyed a lot of cross-over with carnivorous plant hobbyists and indeed there seem to be some similarities between our hobbies. This is a trial forum, but it would be nice to see it, well...grow some roots ^_^

Hi,

If your plant has mold on it, it is probably a black suite kind of mold witch is usually caused by ether mold feeding on the nectar glans of the plant or not enough air circulation. If it is the black suite kind, it will not harm the plant, it just looks bad.

Regards :)

This is great! Members from MF seem to be showing up on other CP forums left and right. Maybe this'll keep me around a little bit more often. :p
