Found this forum had to check it out. I Have a male orchid mantis

About a year old I keep him in a planted 12x12x18 zoo med terrarium

He's my 3rd mantis in 8 years my first orchid mantis.

That's one lucky Mantis with a set up like that! Are you sure it's a male? Kind of looks like a female in the photos.

That's a massive habitat Do you work at a zoo or something? Very nice though.

well the breeder says its a male and he's usually right but I'm sure not always. Lol

I dont work at a Zoo but that would be an awesome Job. I didn't want to do a smaller habitat as it would be harder

to plant.

I had to ask as the large habitat reminded me of the large reptile and snake 'house" habitats I saw as a child at the state zoo (Indianapolis Zoo). Very impressive though, best of luck with your pet
