Hi! My name is Justin, but my gamer tag is usually “Flanker” related. I live in Thousand Oaks, SoCal. I’ve noticed throughout my life that my fascinations go in cycles of intense interest and study every few years. Mantids have always been a love of mine, but the hobby went on the back burner while I bred Crested Geckos in my late teens and early twenties and then traveled around after college.
As many of you I’m sure are hoping, this quarantine will probably grow this hobby greatly and I am happy to finally join the fun!

I’ve never kept exotic mantises, but I’ve befriended some native species that were almost stepped on and fed/rehoused them in my back yard.
I just received my first 3 Ghost Mantis nymphs and I’m super excited to watch them grow along with my collection.
*Currently open to other species of mantid, if you are in SoCal and have nymphs available pm me, please!
