Not aloud to use private messaging?

So I just went to reply to someone who PM'd me, and when I "sent" it it says I'm not allowed to use that function. And now there isn't even an icon up there anymore. So, admins can you tell me why? And please fix it?

You may have your Personal Messenger disabled.

1. Go to the upper right of your mantidforum screen and click on your name.

2. At the drop-down window, click "Personal Messenger:

3. Look to the left side of the new screen. Click "Disable Messenger"

4. At the pop-up screen, click "Reactivate you Messenger." That's it.

5. It's "ALLOWED" not aloud. I am the grammar police.

Mine is working fine. It sounds like you accidentally disabled it but that does seem unlikely unless you were editing your settings.

No I haven't touched anything :/ but it was disabled.
