Its a Stagomomantis species either S. Limbata or S. Californica. Thank you Happy1892 for clearing the confusion for me.

I saw a S. Limbata laying one ooth that is now incubating and took it home .But this one is completely brown instead of brown and white. Weird huh? Well that makes 2 S. Limbata ooths for sale! Yay! Anyone interested.
