i was just wondering why every one wants to trade ooths and not just sell them how does one get started if all they do is trade .

I can only guess, but some people want to receive other species, so why buy if you have more than you need of a variety and someone else may not have, but want something else, so trade becomes involved. IMO

Some people like to gain more species and expand their collection by trading ootheca, as opposed to selling them.
