I've been doing origami since I was like 3.

Manuel Sirgo has a LOT of insect designs. He's usually pretty easy to fold from crease patterns too (that's a diagram of the square with all the creases on it). tropid0 mantis, do you remember the name of the book that had the violin mantis diagram in it? I'd kill for those diagrams! You probably would need pretty thin paper to fold it... like hanji paper AKA unryu.

he only has 2 mantis designs, both sort of generic mantis religiosa types. But his eupatorus beetle is insane.

his black forest cuckoo clock had I think 269 steps... yep, I folded it, no big deal B) [/brag]
