Our First Mantids!

Here are our two D. Lobata in their terrarium. These and the Popa below are from Mikhail at Tree Top (I have a thread with pics of the Lobata terrarium/enclosure in the enclosures and habitat section).

Beautiful mantids! Looks like you may have a pair of D. lobatas .

Ha, it does appear that you have a female/male pair of Lobata's (segment counting), congrats. Beautiful male Budwing too, looks he is like the majority of others in his species - real camera hams, that love to have their photos taken.

Awesome looking sticks/branches in your terrarium, they have a great gnarled appearance.
