I'm getting a cat mantis, and I got branches in my yard. I baked it 200 for 30 mins, would there be much of a chances of parasites still living in there?

Not much of a chance... but if you want to be extra precautious throw them in the freezer for 24 hours. I personally bake mine at 400 for 10 minutes(right before they catch on fire lol). Have fun with that cat mantis. They are a very neat mantis.
