Overfed a ghost?

I gave one of my l4 ghosts a small roach and it turns out that she might’ve bit off more than she coukd chew because her abdomen looks super plump, and I saw a little drop of clear liquid coming out of the tip of her abdomen recently. What is this? Is she gonna be ok? I’m obviously not going to feed her for a while but will she be alright?

Nobody can say for sure, but having raised mantises for a decade, and seen plenty eat way more than I ever expected (in nature as well as in captivity) I wouldn't worry.

I would give it some time. It could have just been releasing extra fluids.

Keep an eye on her, but it's very likely that she is fine.
