I tossed several flies into the Odontomantis micans cage and all 3 females decided they wanted the same one!

I've seen my Metallyticus try to mooch off someone's meal, but they're not too thrilled about sharing.

I hear assassin bugs (Platymeris biguttatus) sometimes fight over food. They're definitely on my 'critters-to-have' list.

Knowing how possessive mantises are of their food, I'm surprised someone didn't get struck at. Trying to pull food from any of my mantises was a nightmare (this was when I was paranoid about them overeating, I did it in my first month but don't anymore).
