Parasite in wax moth

My mantis was chewing down on a wax moth from my batch that has pupated and as the mantis was eating I noticed even though the moth was beheaded it was still wriggling and a little white worm appears to be wiggling out of the moths rear end what should I do is it the moths insides or a parasitic worm?

That is the ovipositor of the wax moth, not a parasite.

Insects have segmented bodies and each segment is controlled by ganglia instead of the brain. The brain is for processing stimuli and coordinating complex behaviors, but things like moving legs, mating, and laying eggs do not always require the brain. In fact, many male insects--including mantises--become more likely to perform mating behaviors after they have lots their heads.
