Hi. I breed some mantis but now I am breding tarantulas too.

I was told you should never hold a tarantula like that in the 2nd pic as it would stress them out.

My mexican red knee would try to attack anything that moves within a few centimeters of it :D

 
It did try to take a nip at me after i let it go. Not into the wild, but in its enclosure.

what species is the first one, i'm thinking Grammastola aeurostriata??she's huge!!!!
