My female has recently moulted to adult , and my male is due to follow in the next couple of days , so in about 6-8 weeks I'm really hoping to breed there.

ANYTHING would be helpful , thanks in advance !

Mine are not doing good in the mating department! I have a female just molted about a week ago and a male a few days ago, another male molted and just up and died after a couple days, have three fat females, that have been with the boys, but nothing has hatched.... me not happy!

At least you got yours joined , I tried breeding congos a few months ago and got absolutely nothing!

was it fairly easy to get the two to join ?

Sorry, thats what I ment, if they mated I did not see it, they stay in same container for days and weeks and I see nothing, I keep the male out of the room and when I put them together, I get nothing. So if any are fertile, I don't know it. I will let u know if I get anything.
