Now that's a really good pic, and it's got something that the Old Masters and the French Impressionists and the Blaureiters used to have but haven't had for a long time, immediacy. It's bang up to date as art should be.
So what does it say? Whatever we want it to, I guess, but did you notice that most of the heads have rolled into groups of five, but the dominant and "best fitting" group has only four? And what's happening in the top left hand corner? Is the small, fifth head about to disappear in what Owens would probably call "rolling head altruism"? Maybe it'll say something different, later.
Guess I'll be contacting you Amaybe. Try to start thinking "8x11" instead of "5x7"!
