I'm currently housing some of my Chinese mantid nymphs in these plastic containers. I saw the masterpost of the DIY habitat guide (excellent btw!), and the type of material I'm using is plastic mesh, but is it too big/thick? I'm worried my mantids may have problems gripping it and fall during molting, although they seem to have a good grip on them right now. I added coffee filters to the top so the feeders couldn't escape, will this cause ventilation issues? I'm still trying to perfect how much to mist them, but the water usually goes away in an hour or so. Should I resize the hole for more ventilation?

@Chalc I use tulle, it's cheap and I really like it. For extra grip I use non adhesive shelf liner I find in the dollar section at CVS or both the tulle and liner can be found on Amazon. Hot glue works best with both. Those are my personal choices  :D  hope that helps.
