I figured it out. I was confused because the top side made it look like there were a lot more segments than there were. She's female . Thanks for the reply.

It’s hard to see at that young of a age, usually there’s a extra two abdomen segments at the rear end othe mantis, you’ll know 100% in the next few molts.

She has her butt up alot so that helped. I shined a flashlight on her and it looks like her last segment is one big segment as opposed to being a few.
