Sexing Popa Spurca?

I would like to know the difference between female and male of P. spurca. I heard that they are hard to sex when in L3 to L4 something like that.

They can be due to their shape, and the projection between the cerci, but a male would appear to have another projection like the one above while the female's will be more conical and stick out and downward more

It's tricky, I know someone here who had trouble sexing and adult :lol:
