shipping ooths or numphs

Hi guys. I guess this has been asked already but I'd like to know which is safer to ship. Would you rather send a ooth than nymphs and do you think adults are still the best chance of getting live mantids?

It would appear some of my adults/sub-adults are more fragile than the nymphs. IMO on something like a ghost mantis I would rather ship a nymph.

I don't know anything about ooths.

If you do it properly, it's safe to ship either of them.
