Shipping question

I was wondering what is the best way to ship mantises? Should it only be by Priority mail express? or is normal priority mail fine?

What type do people normally use to ship them?

I use normal priority or express shipping for more sensitive species.

Express is usually for guaranteed alive where as priority is where you are not giving a guarantee.
