I live in Canada and have been struggling to find anywhere I can purchase another mantis or feeders that will ship to me. I was looking into it on the government of Canada’s website (https://inspection.canada.ca/en/plant-health/invasive-species/directives/imports/12-02/appendix-1#a2) and from this information it seems that yes, you can import and keep exotic mantids but the seller/importer needs a permit? Can anyone help me out with this?
