Here's 4 different mantids. Are they all female?

I need glasses too, but they are all females for sure.

sadly I only have one male. maybe I can send him to you if he doesn't get eatten in the future after his deed is done at my house?

That sucks. : / How old are your budwings right now?

I bought 10 D. lobatas and only 2 of them seem to be female, but I guess I won't complain because it could be a good bit worse.

My budwings are about 1-2 weeks into adulthood.

Your lobata ratio is actually pretty good. Since the males are wimpy and are killed quite often while attempting to mate, it's good you have so many spare males.

Darn, can't help you then, as all my budwings are still L3s.

That's true about the lobatas. Better to have extra males than not enough (or even not any...). I've ordered a subadult pair of P. spurca. I really hope my female is gentle with the male, since he'll be the only one I have, lol.
