I found this this morning inside my cricket box I have no idea of what it could be, but it looked nasty. What is it?

Some sort of Hymenoptera (bee/wasp). A sawfly maybe?

Parasitic Braconid wasp. The "sting" is an extended ovipositor used to lay eggs inside of other insects, especially caterpillars and grubs.
