Amazing, and they are much larger than I expected too. Thanks for sharing. :D

I've seen a few locally but they were much smaller, perhaps just juveniles then. Hmm, looks like another creature to consider starting a colony of. ;) I also know Orin has a book about keeping them as well, so a strong candidate of something else to drive my wife nuts with.

Well....these guys get much bigger than our native species. Apparently Psytalla horrida is the largest species of assassin bug available in our hobby atm. You should try keeping some Platymeris as they are easy to care for, and live quite long! ;)

Very nice assassin collection you got going on there, love the Psytalla horrida! :D
Thanks :) You should try keeping some too! ;)

Well those are some good points and I like the long life. Ok thanks for the species name, I will give them a try first. :)

Any recommendations on where to buy them? A quick look at the usual places shows Peter has some, other than that it seems to be a harder insect to find.

I'll be having a couple of species available within 2~3 months ;)

Hopefully sometime this year I'll get some, I am really interested in keeping some assassin bugs! :D
Awesome! Looking forward to it :)
